The most beautiful ascent from the hut is past Marzellkamm ridge. From the Martin-Busch-Hütte hut you hike into the valley to a solid bridge.

Follow the marked path to Marzellkamm ridge. Having crossed the ridge you get to the beginnings of Niederjochferner glacier. Cross the glacier (crevasses) to get to the steeper summit ascent.

You can either cross the corn snow field or (to be preferred if it is icy) climb past rocks at the right hand side to get to the ridge. From there you can cross over to the cross at the summit (exposed).
